Curriculum Leaders Institute
Developed for curriculum leaders for today’s schools, this series of workshops focuses on the issues, resources, and skills that professionals need to keep your district ahead of the success curve of student achievement. Earn SCECHs, work toward a Specialty – District Level Curriculum & Instruction Enhancement, and become a leader in your field. This series is developed especially for newer and aspiring curriculum and instruction leaders. The Curriculum Leaders Institute takes place over the course of two phases, over two years. Each phase has 4-5 face-to-face or virtual sessions, and online coursework completed via Google Classroom. At the end of Phase II, participants will present a culminating Change Initiative Project to their peers. Sessions are facilitated by seasoned professionals, including Aaron Baughman of MASSP, Stacey Bailey of Okemos Public Schools, and more. Although participation for the enhancement is encouraged for all participants, participation in the Institute strictly for professional learning is also permitted and encouraged. Phase I Cost: $975 All sessions will take place face-to-face unless noted otherwise. |
